**Hi everyone. My name is Amy. I have currently been a client with Chelsey for about three months now, and I plan on signing up for an additional nine months. I was looking for a one-on-one coach to help me lose some weight and understand macros and eating a little bit healthier. I found Chelsey on social media, and I decided to go through her website. I then reached out to Chelsey, and was looking for a one-on-one, like kind of call with Chelsey, to see what her program was fully about, and what she could do for me as a coach. I had the conversation with Chelsey, and I got off the phone and just kind of sat down and thought about what my goals are, what Chelsey’s program entailed, and I decided to sign up for three months, and I wanted to see how the three months went. And then I decided, if I like it, I’ll continue on. So I absolutely love it. So I’m continuing on for another nine months.

Currently on this program, within three months, I have lost about 10 pounds and 11 inches throughout my body. I have gained a ton of muscle, and I am the strongest I’ve ever been in my life. I absolutely love Chelsey’s program because she customizes macros for you. I didn’t really know what macros were before starting with her. So she goes into detail about what you should be eating personally, how much of everything, and why you’re eating this amount of stuff.

The other thing I really like is that Chelsey customizes workout plans for you. So whether you’re working out at home or in the gym, Chelsey is there to customize and give you step-by-step direction of what you should be working out and how to be doing it. So that has been amazing. I don’t have to think about going to the gym or what should I do today? What do I do? How do I do it? It’s all right there in my app.

Chelsey has built a community of girls and clients that talk together monthly. We have Zoom meetings. We have about twice a month where Chelsey picks a topic and everybody that is a client of Chelsey’s can hop on and she educates us. We are able to share with the other girls what’s going on, or our opinions, or our thoughts. We have an app that all of Chelsey’s clients can communicate within. And this is the best part about Chelsey’s program.

The app is you just download it onto your phone, and it has everybody that is a client, and you can sit there and chit-chat with everybody. We share ideas, meal plan ideas. We share our strengths, our weaknesses. We share what kind of wins we had. If you’re gaining muscle, people will post photos and show how much muscle they’ve gained over a certain amount of time. So the community is the best part of Chelsey’s program. A lot of people that are in the community are single, parents, or girls that work in the medical field. And Chelsey is an RN, so she works in the medical field just like us.

She understands what it’s like to work 12-hour shifts, to not get a break, to only be able to drink a protein shake and a half a sandwich during your shift. So Chelsey is right there with us, experiencing the same thing that we’re experiencing on a daily basis at work in the medical field. So Chelsey is very relatable, and the community of girls that we have is extremely relatable, because there are some girls that work night shift, some girls that work swings, and some girls that work day shifts. So just being a part of that community and having people understand what you’re going through and sharing different ideas of, ‘Hey, this is what I’ve been able to do,’ or, ‘Hey, this is what I can do,’ is just amazing.

I absolutely love Chelsey’s program. I can’t wait for an additional nine months.
