Hi everyone. I’m Abby, and Chelsea was my coach for about three months in the beginning of my fitness journey. And I absolutely adore her before having her as my coach, I reached out to her very scared, shy, vulnerable. I was kind of on like the dieting all week and then binging all weekend process. I was tired of losing and then gaining so much and just not really getting anywhere. I didn’t know the correct exercises. I didn’t know exactly what to do. I was so afraid of the gym I didn’t even want to step in there and had my face be seen. So she she made me a custom plan and custom program where I actually got to work out in the comfort of my home, and I did it four days a week, and she built it around my entire life schedule, even with working and going to school full time, she did it, you know, based around my needs, which is, I loved it so much. She has taught me so much, whether it’s just incorporating healthy eating and exercising in my routine and in my life and to macro counting and how to count the macros and, you know, not always just dieting, just living. I can sit here and write a book about how great Chelsea is and how much of a great coach she is. She is amazing. She is so knowledgeable in what she does. She’s kind. She listens to what you have to say. Check ins with her were absolutely amazing. I would even FaceTime her on my laptop, and would be sitting there for like almost an hour just talking about my goals, and she really makes sure that you succeed in what you want. And she is just 100% amazing. I will recommend her to anyone out there else who is struggling with exercising, eating right, or just wants to get out of their rut. I know, especially for me, I was in a very vulnerable state, and she took me out of it, and I still, to this day, listen and you know, have all of my techniques that she taught me and take it on with me with whatever I do.
