My name is Chelsey Hallblade and I’m the owner of slay squad Fitness coaching and we do Phoenix personal training.. Basically online. So imagine personal training meets nutrition coaching meets mindset coaching, but all done virtually so that it fits a busy life, a busy schedule, and so that we can serve as clients from really everywhere. We do have a heavy base in Phoenix, Arizona, but clients can come and be from absolutely anywhere. So our specialties, are helping busy women, lose weight, lose fat, and keep it off forever. And we do this through our online nutrition support and coaching and Phoenix personal training. This all started years ago when I was a nurse, and I was struggling with my own health. I was taking care of everyone else in the hospital, I was feeling a little burned out, and I was actually very new my career, but already feeling exhausted, burnt out, I was dealing with things like acid reflux at the age of 22. I was getting sick constantly all the time, and that is when I decided something needed to change. I needed something different for my life, and so I dove head into health and Fitness. I started going to the gym, I started looking up workouts online. I started really just figuring out, what does it mean to be healthy? How can I get myself in shape while navigating working long shifts?” And from that, I jumped into bodybuilding and competing. I got an extremely great shape, best shape of my life. I got extremely lean, and I had coworkers right and left me, like, what are you doing? Can you help me? And I just started helping them lose weight. I started helping them with their workouts, their nutrition, their mindset around, health and wellness, and how to stay consistent with this, state disciplined. And from their slay squad coaching was born where we do Phoenix personal training. One of my favorite things about what I do is just getting to see women improve their life because it’s so much more than we lost. When people lose weight and get in shape, they really improve every area of their life. There’s not one area that won’t improve when you get there, when you get healthy. When you get confident, it really changes the way you show up in the world. It changes the way you relate to other people. It changes the way in which you, the risk that you’re willing to take, the way you show up at work, the way you show up in your friendships and romantic relationships because you feel good and because you have energy and you take risks that you wouldn’t taken before, you’ve got in great shape. So the people that we help are primarily women, although we do have a few men in the program and that side of the program is also growing. But primarily we started as a women’s coaching program based in Phoenix, Arizona. We do so we’ve done Phoenix personal training, and Nutrition Coaching for women online for over six years now and been very successful with that. The primary women that we help, our health care workers, primarily nurses, looking to lose weight in shape while working 12 hour shifts, and just learn how to navigate that and then also a lot of moms going through pregnancy and postpartum. And the reason that that came about was just when I was going through my own pregnancy and postpartum journey, I wanted to help other women do it in a way where they didn’t hate the pregnancy journey, where they didn’t feel totally lost postpartum. And I realized if you have their right habits in place, if you’re lifting weights, if you’re eating well, if you keep those habits up all nine months long of your pregnancy, you are going to have such a better postpartum experience. And so when I was going through pregnancy, I decided to become a pre post natal fitness specialist, which is where I can help women during the pregnancy and postpartum stage. A lot of women struggle to stay consistent, to work out, and to even know how to work out when they’re pregnant that is such a big struggle. How do you work out when you’re pregnant? What modifications do you need to make? In many women don’t know what’s safe, what’s not safe, what to do, or what not to do. They’ retired, they’re exhausted, maybe even feeling a little sick. And so many of them just don’t do anything. And that’s not the answer either. So I’ve now become a pre and post natal specialist, so I can help women through Phoenix personal training, help the pregnant postpartum women too. And another thing that we really help with is in the postpartum phase, how do you lose weight that’s safe? Because a lot of women do want to go back to their pre- pregnancy way, but they a lot of them are breastfeeding and they don’t want to lose their milk supply. They don’t want to sacrifice that. And you absolutely do not have to. We help women with this every single day. I have gone through it twice myself with my two children and like I said, we’ve helped dozens, if not hundreds of postpartum moms now navigate. That phase of life. So that is definitely a passion of ours, is not just helping people lose weight and get an amazing shape, but also just being fit, being healthy throughout your stage of pregnancy, because when you do it during pregnancy, you are going to have such a better time with while you’re pregnant, but also going to be strong and prepared for labor, mentally, physically. And you’re also going to feel more relatively yourself, postpartum when you go in with a little bit of muscle, a little bit of good habits, the right mindset, taking care of yourself, taking care of baby. There are so many benefits to both mom and baby. When you work out all nine months long and when you have those habits already in place. We have clients in Canada, we have them in. South America, we have them in Europe, we have them all over the United States. And we’re able to help them because our personal training is all done virtually. So you will have your workouts, I’m done for you on our one stop shop platform, which is our own app, our own platform where you will have your workouts, your nutrition protocols, communication with your coach one-on-one, or chat with our community, your recipes, literally everything that you need is going to be in one place, and this is going to help make life easy, so many programs give you a million different platforms. They’re like, okay, find your own recipes. Okay, track your food and this app and then screenshot pictures of it and send it to your coach. Okay, then you’re you know, you’re on your own for this and your workouts are going to be done on a PDF. No, no, no, that is too much work. We do everything in one spot. So you’ll have one app and this is your non-stop shop. Her Phoenix personal training for your workouts, your nutrition. Your communication with Coach community, everything that you could possibly step counter, water tracker, literally every fitness, app or feature that you could need is in one spot. And another thing that we have implemented in the last few years is, although our primary function is one on one coaching, which is like our one on one Phoenix personal training, which is all done virtually, and just one-on-one coaching to help you with your goals, which is, I believe, the best way to get shape. We also have a lower ticket option, so when I say we can work with people, of any price range and budget, we absolutely can. We have our thrive membership now, which also is a workouts nutrition separate by a human, not a calculator and a community, but it is a little more self-paced, so workouts are not fully customized like they are with one-on-one coaching, and you obviously don’t get the one-on-one coaching support that are one-on-one clients get. But if you’re someone that is really unable to invest in a coach at this point, but you want a solid training plan, you want your macro set by a human, not by a calculator. You want to be a part of a thriving community that’s growing. You just want that support. Then I would heavily recommend our thrive membership. So we have those two tiers, those two options. One is going to be more of an investment, but we can provide. The most support, we can guarantee results, we can really like get in there with you and customize everything for you, and thrive being a little bit more self paced. So that is typically how it goes. People will do one-on-one, and then when they feel ready, they feel like they have the habits. They feel really confident in doing them, doing it by themselves. Then they kind of move into our thrive membership, and it’s worked really well.
