This is Chelsey with the Slay Squad fitness and nutrition coaching and Phoenix Personal Training, and I wanted to share an overview, a little bit about who we are, who we help, and what we do. I am a former nurse, turned holistic nutritionist, and pre and postnatal fitness specialist who has now helped over 1,500 women lose 1000s and 1000s of pounds and get in the best shape of their life. I now have a team of other certified personal trainers, holistic nutritionists, pre- and post natal specialists, and professional bodybuilders that are on my team to help coach and guide women to achieve their dream bodies while staying healthy, optimizing hormones, and just living a balanced and fulfilled life. When you get in shape, really every area of your life can improve and get better, and that’s what we want to see happen for women. We have largely operated online or fully operated online since 2019. So our program is an online program designed to help women lose fat and get an incredible shape. Our results and testimonials are up all over the website if you ever want to take a peek at what typical results with us look like. We’re able to do this remotely from absolutely anywhere in the world and our program is a high touch one-on-one fitness and nutrition coaching. We help with 4 areas. Number one: nutrition, number two: workouts and training, number three: mindset, and number four: a healthy foundation, which by that we mean helping you with things like your sleep, optimizing hormones, optimizing get health. All of that good stuff. So those are the areas that we help women with. We do this through one-on-one custom nutrition and fitness coaching, and also have our community. The community is a vital aspect to the heart of the program and really helps women to feel not alone, to feel fully supported and to have a chance to connect with other women, going through similar things to them. So we’re really proud of the community that we built, and we’re excited to keep growing it. As I mentioned, the Slay Squad operates fully online so we can work with you from anywhere in the world. We have clients all over the United States, Canada, and even some throughout Europe, which is really cool to be able to work with people from just about anywhere. One aspect that we recently introduced to our program was our Thrive membership, which is a lower ticket membership where people can utilize our app without having to pay the price of working with somebody custom and one on one. The app allows you to do your workouts to log your nutrition. Keep a food diary, have a workout calendar, participate in our challenges, have access to our healthy recipes, and have a community chat. Our trainers and nutritionists also do your macros for you. So when you join and you tell us your goals, the nutrition targets are not just given to you by a calculator. It’s by an actual human that looks at your goals, your history, and helps set those for you. The monthly membership is only $29.99 a month, and it even comes with a monthly assessment from one of our Phoenix personal training certified trainers who’s gonna look at what you’ve been doing, how much you’ve been eating, and help give you feedback and adjustments once a month. Usually it’s just helping you with adherence, giving you some advice and encouragement. Obviously, one on one coaching is the most high touch program we offer with the best possible results, but once you feel comfortable and confident to go solo, the thrive membership is a great option as well. One thing we are super excited to introduce coming very soon is in-person Phoenix personal training. So, we have decided that we would love to expand what we do, and that is what is coming soon. Everything has been online, which we love because that gives us the ability to help more people, to really hold people accountable, to work with women from anywhere in the world, but we are very excited to introduce the in-person Phoenix personal training aspect to the business. This is something that many people look for because they love to have the accountability, not just online, but of actually having to show up and have somebody hold them accountable to showing up to the gym and also work on strength and form. If you are new to the gym, working with Phoenix Personal Training is really wise. If you know what you’re doing and you have an element of self-discipline, you just need the plan, a little bit of that accountability, help withholding to your nutrition program. A little bit of mindset work, one on one coaching is perfect for you virtually. But if you’re someone that maybe you’re newer, maybe you’ve never actually trained in the gym, maybe you’ve really only done workout classes or worked out from home. Then in person Phoenix personal training is what would help you even more, to just really get comfortable and confident in the gym, make sure you don’t hurt yourself, that you are not injury prone, that you have proper form. All that is incredibly important. We don’t want you to hurt yourself. We want you to be able to progress in the gym. We want to see you getting healthier, stronger, and more fit. And oftentimes, the way we are able to do that is by seeing you in person. We have seen a demand online for people looking for that in-person aspect. And so we are so excited to be offering that to the slice squad coming very soon. So as of now, the 2 options are one-on-one online fitness and nutrition coaching, where we specialize in fat loss and helping you lose that weight so you can feel incredible in your body, truly life changing. The 2nd option, if you either just don’t have the finances to put into one on one coaching right now, or maybe you just have the transformation, like you feel really good in your body, you’re just looking to stay active, maintain it, not do your old workout programming, then the thrive membership is perfect for you. You’ll set your macros. Still give you workouts, you get to choose from our different training plan options, and you can still do that virtually for a very affordable rate. And our challenges are really fun. You get access to the challenges from the Thrive membership as well. which is where we do bimonthly challenges where the winner wins some fun. Cries, best transformation of the month, when something fun, this last month was a walkie pad. So we love getting to do that for our girls. And then coming very soon is in person, Phoenix Personal Training. So we’re gonna branch out and we’re gonna have 3 different options with the Slay Squad, and we couldn’t be more excited to be able to serve women in our community locally in person, but continue to serve them globally and worldwide to help them crush their fitness goals.
