I’m Chelsey, and I’m the owner of Slay Squad Fitness, Coaching, and Phoenix Personal Training, where we help women lose weight and keep it off for good. Our average client loses £20 in the 1st 4 to 6 months, but the best part is they have the habits in place and the lifestyle where they feel confident in their decision making to keep it off forever, because so many programs will put you on a rigid diet, give you a meal plan, help you lose the weight, but you don’t actually have the skills in order to keep it off. So that’s very important to us. And today, I wanted to talk a little bit about all the details of what someone receives as a client that helps make this work for women, helps them actually practically lose weight. What our methods are and what the tools are that we use in order to help our clients get there. So again, this is the Sleigh Squad Fitness Coaching, Phoenix Personal Training. We do online fitness, nutrition, and training. So you can be anywhere in the world and work with us because everything we do is virtual and online and the benefit of that is most women that we work with have a very busy schedule. They’re trying to lose weight. They’re trying to work a job. Many of them are moms. Many of them are high achievers and they’ve kind of lost themselves in the process. They have taken care of a lot of other people, a lot of other things. They’re hard workers, but they’ve let their own health and nutrition go, or they simply feel lost, like they aren’t letting themselves go. They’re trying to think, but it’s not working. And so we help them to take that back. So we are a team of coaches. There are 4 of us at the moment that all have different areas of expertise and specialties. And when you join us, we help you with 4 different things, with the objective of helping you lose weight, again, our average is £20 in the 1st 4 to 6 months without any kind of medication injection, just all diet lifestyle changes. So the few areas that we help with, number one, is going to be nutrition. This is key and probably the most important thing when it comes to losing weight. So helping you get on top of nutrition is number one. And yes, we do offer nutrition only coaching with Phoenix personal. as well. So we help with your nutrition. Number 2 is training, which means your workout program, getting you away from just trying classes, just a cardio or calorie burn during your workout, but actually learning to strength change, follow a training program so that you can build muscle and progress, and really build that shape and body that most women are after is that total block. So that’s number two. Number 3 is mindset because it really doesn’t matter how great the program is. If you can’t get on top of your mindset, if you can’t believe in yourself. And if you can’t really ditch the all or nothing mentality, really lock it, then none of this is really going to matter. So helping you to break those toxic patterns of behavior, the way you move, the way you operate. The way you think of yourself, that is another area that we help with, that really is going to make such a difference in helping you get the results and keep the results. Number 4 is a healthy foundation, and what I mean by that is, it’s going to be really hard to lose weight if there’s something off with your foundational health. So things like that are your stress levels, your sleep, your gut health, hormones. We work with a lot of women that are premenopausal or going through menopause, that are struggling in that phase. And we can help you with hormone regulation as well and getting on top of that, one of our coaches is certified. in hormones, and then we also have a partnership with a functional medical practice, which has been a great addition to our program. We were able to actually get your labs and, um, have you meet with a physician and really dive in, deep dive into what is going on behind the scenes so we can optimize your health. They can prescribe medication if needed, but again, they are very functional in nature. It’s why we love them. So they help with lifestyle changes as well. They’re going to look at what’s going on and they’ll give you recommendations with your lifestyle as well as supplements and medications if necessary, but a more root cause approach and a lot more functional nature, which is something that we stand behind it. I really appreciate their help because sometimes there is something that you want to look into that does make things harder. And I do want to say that no matter what you have going on hormonally, you can lose weight. It’s always possible, but it absolutely your hormones can make things tougher. So just knowing what’s going on and being able to do it, we can’t just support your hormones is huge. And we have the means and resources to do that. So those are the 4 areas that we help with with this place part is going to be in Phoenix personal training. One of the main methods that we use to coach clients is our app, our training app. So when you join, you are given access to our virtual training app with Phoenix Personal Training. And our clients open this up because I like to explain this as having a coach in your back pocket and your one stop shop for everything. Many programs will put you on an app that maybe has a place where you can check your food, but your coach can’t see what you do there. It’s like an app not owned by the coach. So then you’re taking screenshots of menu to your coach every week. They might give you a PDF of workouts or have you in another app for workouts. And then their method of communication is somewhere else. And then recipes, you’re kind of on your own for finding that, or they just give you a rigid meal plan with the most basic boring food. We don’t do any of that, okay? We give you an app that is all inclusive. So think of your favorite food tracking app. It’s a Wearout app. needs a recipe app, needs community. Our app has absolutely everything, and once our clients start using it, they don’t want to go back to their other fitness nutrition apps. Because it’s that good. So we put a lot of work and time into it, and I promise you’ll love it. So in our app, 1st is obviously helping you with your nutrition. We can set your macros with us, protein cards, and fast, or just calories or calories of protein. They have different method be used for different clients based on where you’re at. We can see everything you do. We can see your food log in there. We set your workout, so you never wonder, what am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to work out? You’re gonna have videos with form. You’re gonna be able to progress. You can log your reps and wait. Your calendar is also in there, so we have a fitness calendar. We put daily habits in there, whether you’re focusing on water goal, a step chemical, your workouts are going to be scheduled in there for you by your coach. And you also have the flexibility and means to move those around to fit your busy life and schedule. Everything we do is designed for the busy working women. So we can make this happen for you no matter how busy and hectic your schedule is, if you follow the plan, you’re 100% going to lose weight guaranteed, or we’ll work with you, Tony. So you’re gonna follow the program in your app. you’re gonna do it. You gonna open it because how many calories I have to eat today, so much protein this might work out. These are my habits. If you do that, you’re going to absolutely see progress. In the app, we also have a texting feature essentially. this is where you can message your coach. Well get back to you same day. We’re in there every single day. And so you have constant communication or how much support you really need. Um, so that’s really important is just being able to get help at the touch of a button, having a coach in your back pocket. Another feature in the app is our community chat. Our clients love that because it just really depends on the support you have. Some women have a ton of support at home. And that’s always best case scenario, right? That’s what we want. But a lot of people don’t. Many women that we work with don’t. Family actually has very temple eating habits, toxic eating habits. Sometimes even the spouses aren’t supportive. Everyone’s situation is just a bit different. So we with a slice squad with Phoenix Person training, get to kind of come in and be that for our clients, which is such an honor. where we get to help support them and be those people that they can talk to, then to about struggles. We can celebrate their wits of them. We can push them to keep going. And being in the community, all of women, in the same stage of life as you, trying to lose weight, just like you, same struggles, it really can make or break you. The more you dive in, to our community, the better along Germany you’re gonna have. On that note, with community with Phoenix personal training, we also hold 2 virtual calls a month. We assume that you can hop in. Some of them are educational, and some of them are just community focused, where we get to again support our clients, get to know that we want to know you on that personal level, because we want to be able to support you. We want you to make friends with a program. We want this to be the last program you need. Another feature that we have is, although, yes, we take a calorie track in your macro makes approach, we have features in our app that allow you to access 100s and 100s of healthy recipes. They’re all simple. There are primarily whole food based. You can filter based on the allergies or needs your family may have. Like, let’s say you don’t eat fetch. You’re vegetarian. You can’t have dairy, you can’t have glue. You have a nut allergy. You can filter via all that, even they have to cook time meal, all of that. And our app’s going to populate still 100s of options for you. You could never cook through our whole app. So many programs don’t give me that. They’ll give you like, hey, here’s how many calories you eat, but they don’t actually give you what to eat. Like, how do I actually practically hit those numbers? We’re gonna give you a 1000000 examples so that you don’t feel stuck, you don’t feel bored of what you’re eating. And obviously, you’re able to eat, you don’t have to eat on your app. We teach you how to make decisions. We teach how to log your food, we teach how to hit protocols that it’s going to work, that allow for going to out to eat, that allow for day nights, barbecues, even out on occasion, because we’re all about making a lifestyle, not originally. So those are some of the ways that we help. Obviously, another key factor to what we do with Play Squad, which is like personal training, it’s one-on-one check-ins, because all those features are great and they’re helpful, but having to coach one-on-one checking interview, we do those on a weekly basis. You can obviously check in more if you need it in our app. But we have a little more in-depth weekly check-in, which is where your coach is looking at your progress, your progress photos, and they’re looking at your compliance with nutrition, your compliance with exercise, you’re submitting a form going in through how you’re feeling, how stress levels are, how your adherence was, how you’re doing as far as motivation, all different things so we can actually help you support you. and get you to that goal. So we have lots of tools that are at disposal. We have everything we need to succeed to really just put down to you being ready to actually make the change, put the work to lose the weight.
